The staff here are efficient and excellent, and the location is beautiful just a 10-15 minute walk from Le Grand Port, with a bus stop only 500 meters away.

Incredible patio views of the biggest lake in France for a reasonable price. The port which is a short distance away offers very good eating options in hotels, bistros and restaurants, with easy parking and; the Suites du Lac had sensible cooking facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel was continental and good.

Location gives great view of lake & mountains. Rooms very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Bath placed so you could sit in it & see the mountains & lake.Great walk in shower WiFi connection good. Nice terrace with a small pool surrounded by nice shrubs. Breakfast was good with decent coffee. Air/con in room was good, not noisy.

Check in is 6pm. So not really a hotel more like Chambre d'Hote. Pool water was cloudy & not inviting although they were trying to clean it. Owners have several small dogs & dogs mess was left on the terrace & not cleaned up. Although bath had a great view the tap didn't work properly & neither did the plug so the water ran out. So to back up the great design & ambience more attention to detail is needed. Railway nearby but trains did not seem to run at night.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, the room is spacious and lovely with a very comfortable bathroom, and the staff is extremely friendly.

Huge, new-fashioned units provided with balconies overlooking the gardens, tea, as example. Really beautiful building, good location right by the lake and the mountains, maybe a restaurant in the future and where there are around 5-6 restaurants.

The units are spotlessly clean and huge with very confortable bathroom.

Nice location with a beautiful view of the lake from the room. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. However.

The staff seemed unorganized and lacked customer relations skills. There were inconsistencies in the hotel's setup, with the level of service changing depending on whether there was a VIP staying or not.

The hotel has efficient and caring staff. the location is very pretty for exploring Aix-les-Bains. - Anzio Pizza, a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, was truly enjoyed.

+ Nice spacious room + very friendly people + nice view over the lake + comfortable bed + excellent design decoration + nice swimming pool(for the summer) + 3 little dogs and a cat are giving you a nice welcome

- No mini-bar or coffee-facilities - basic breakfast - no enough parking space - only French TV-channels, no international channels. - nothing to put my suitcase on , only a chair.

The breathtaking lake view from our room was simply stunning. The swimming pool area was beautifully landscaped with lush plants and a tropical ambiance. The bedroom was comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and made an effort to address our concerns. The location was convenient, with the lakefront, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The overall experience was positive and would recommend staying here.
